7 Days Austria Kakaying Trips

Flowers hang from the balconies of the houses, high alpine meadows bloom with flowers and cows graze to the hearts content with their bells dangling around their necks. Throughout the Summer traditions and events such as the Summer Solstace, village festivals and the bringing down of the cattle off the mountain in the Autumn are just another part of rural Alpine life.

Include world class coaching and our unbelievable knowledge of the rivers, characters and levels and make it a week like no other!

Austria Road Trip Class II - III

Do not think that only Advanced kayakers can enjoy a road trip. There are some fantastic class II-III rivers here and it is the perfect way to gain more confidence and get some serious river miles under your kayak!

Improvers Intensive Course

One of the biggest challenges facing a kayaker is moving up a grade. As a class 2 kayaker it is a big step up to class 3 but with some world class coaching and a solid foundation of skills and understanding of whitewater the step up to class 3 becomes a whole lot easier!

Classic Austria III - IV

Summer is a special and colourful time in Austria. Flowers hang from balconies of houses and traditional farm houses known as Hof, high alpine meadows bloom and the ringing of cow bells set in some of the most scenic and dramatic mountains in the world is just another highlight!

I feel I get the best option of the day everyday with regards to water levels, that is worth the trip in itself. Local knowledge is so important and for the whitewater it is just amazing! You get it all from big and bouncy waves to creeking. I always feel safe and get the lines and info on what is coming next, Steve’s coaching, advice and tips have upped my paddling and I will be coming back again for my 3rd time next year!
